Relaxing on our first day at Turtle Islands National Park.
A Sea Turtle laying her eggs on the beach. Here the ranger measures the turtle and gathers up the eggs to be moved to the hatchery.
The eggs that had been taken to the hatchery approximately 60 days earlier are now released into the ocean as newborn turtles.
The Sepilok Orang-utan Rehabilitation Centre where orang-utans are taken and cared for until they can be released back into the jungle.
Next we stayed at a rainforest lodge from where we had numerous cruises along the river. We saw lots of monkeys both in the trees...
...and along the shore.
Sunrise in the Borneo jungle.
All dressed up for dinner at the rainforest lodge.
A Sun Bear, the world's smallest bear.
The Petronas Towers. We wanted to get to the viewing area on the platform between the towers but there were no convenient times available.
We visited a mosque in 'KL'. That's Debbie dressed appropriately for the occasion.
A statue of Ho Chi Minh in the former Saigon.
The streets were busy.
