After leaving our timeshare, we took the train to other spots around Spain. This is the town of Jerez, famous for its sherry.
The tasting and food pairing came after an informative tour of the Gonzalez-Byass facility, makers of Tio Pepe sherry.
Next stop was Seville where we visited the huge and very impressive cathedral.

The Great Mosque in the city of Cordoba was very impressive. Here are some arches in the original section of the mosque.

The annual Patio Festival in Cordoba. We joined all the locals at homes where the owners had decked out their patios with flowers.
In Madrid, we happened to come across the city celebration for a local football team that had just won the European League championship.
