The Medina went on for miles and miles. This is part of the food market in the outdoor section.
Most of the Medina was covered and separated into sections. This is the part where you could purchase fabric.
We, OK Debbie, actually looked at carpet in 3 different cities. Here in Fes, we looked but didn't buy.
The tannery. The white tubs for washing, darker ones for dying. All done by hand (or foot)! The hides are drying around the outside.
The Fes garbage man.
Debbie checking out the pottery at one of the hundreds of stalls. Nothing bought this time!
The meats section of the market. That`s a camel head just to the right and above Debbie.
Buying street food for lunch just outside our riad.
On a hill overlooking Fes with the Medina spread out behind us.
