The view of the mountains along the Coastal Trail near where we were staying in Anchorage.
On a scenic train ride from Anchorage to Seward we saw lakes, trees, and, of course, mountains.
At the higher elevations there was much more snow then at sea level.
Coming down the other side toward Seward.
Snow covered mountains.
Hubbard Glacier. The ship stayed in the area for a couple of hours so we had lots of nice views both from up on deck and from our balcony.
The gold-rush-era buildings, now preserved as part of the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park.
Another scenic tour, this time by bus from Skagway. The train tracks were built during the gold rush and are still in use today.
Half way on our scenic tour was just outside the Yukon border.
The Mendenhall Glacier.
A closer view of the Mendenhall Glacier including the waterfall on the right that we were able to walk up to.
The view of our ship from the shore.
Sunset from our balcony in the Inside Passage.
Creek Street. In the mid-1920's this was the red-light district in Ketchikan.
