Before our cruise we visited Vienna & Budapest. This is the Belvedere Palace, which was close to where we were staying in Vienna.
And this is the Schonbrunn Palace, also in Vienna.

The Hungarian Parliament Buildings in Budapest.
And here's the Parliament Buildings from the Danube as we head out on our cruise.
Our first stop on the cruise was the Hungarian town of Pecs. This was a nice church on the town square.
In Belgrade, the Serbian capital, we visited St. Sava, the largest orthodox church in the world. It was started in the 1930's but is not yet finished on the inside.
Enjoying the view on the top of our cruise ship.
A face carved into the rock along the Iron Gate portion of the Danube.
A Roman fortress built around some interesting rock formations in the town of Belogradchik.
We stayed in Bucharest, the capital, for a few days after the cruise. This is the Romanian Parliament, the 2nd largest building in the world.
