On to our third capital. The Hungarian Parliament as seen from across the Danube on the Buda side.
The Szechenyi Baths is the most visited attraction in the city.
Our place was over a souvenir shop on one of the pedestrian streets near the Danube.
A tasting of Hungarian wines.
A public library that used to be a palace.
A few days in Versailles before heading to Paris. This is the outside of the palace.
Our tickets were for 9:00am so we got in before the crowds and had the place almost all to ourselves.
The grounds around the palace go on forever.
We decided to stay in the La Defense area of Paris this time because it is entirely different from what we are used to.
La Grande Arche is the focal point of the La Defense area.
The Marmottan Museum, an art museum containing the largest collection of Monets in the world.
A Graffic Art Festival in our neighbourhood.
A trip 'downtown' to visit the tourists....
....and a nice lunch just off Avenue des Champs-Elysees.
